SHIPPING INFORMATION
Before we dispatch your purchases, we will need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum, but payment processing can take up to 4 business days.
Shipping times vary for each item, and are noted below the price. Our delivery time starts from the moment the payment processing is complete, and will include a 48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 72 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
It is not possible to return items. For items that may have been damaged during transit, kindly contact us at reach@vaaqai.com.
Exchanges are possible within 7 days of purchase. International exchanges are not possible due to local customs restrictions.
Items should be exchanged unused and with all garment tags still attached. Items that are damaged or soiled will not be exchanged. The customer will bear all courier, customs, handling, and other charges related to the exchange.
Items can be exchanged for other items of the same or lower value.
